Новая - сенатская - версия законопроекта насчитывает 451 (по Фаренгейту?) страницу. Исходный вариант Полсона были изложен, по слухам, не то на трех, не то на полутора страницах, а в Палате представителей провалили вариант на ста с лишним страницах. Понятное дело, внутри обнаруживается немало интересного. Wool research, например.

If this is an emergency, hold the wool research. If it’s an emergency that’s got time for wool research, let’s chew it over for another few months.
