no.he was "banned" but there is no such thing as an official ban.

he and other unwelcome characters later in the day, rowdy ones - were approached by security and asked to leave. as simple as that. no official LIST of banned people existed.

the store owner surely told him to scat. that is on record. but - they knew he was a "lawer". do you kknow how your Asst. DA looks like? i don't. we got a bunch, too.

and it is on record - many interviews with Gadsden locals - - that security guards watched him closely. as to whether they asked him to leave - dunno.

but thi is how a "business ban" works. it is not a ban ban. it is more unofficial. an unwanted troublemaker person on the premises. plz follow him and push him out gently.

BTW, he was not churchy then.he is a born-again, not a evangelical by upbringing.
evangelicals and baptists are actually - VERY strict at stratifying by age and sex in their devotional nad recreational activities. i can tell you more.

in a church - his actual wife, he saw at a church funciton - he waould be FAR SEPARATED from her to even start a conversation.

он НЕ ТАК ухаживал. ни за 15-летними на молле, ни за этой продавщицей. девушки не дуры. в нем было что-то достаточно больное, что про него предупреждали детей там околачивающихся, и за ним следили полицейские молла. это - ФАКТ.

а бан-листа конечно не было. было типа как у нас - нам тоже нельзя банлисты - о-о, вон идет тот самый бомж с адской раной, опять расковырял, он очень пьян, ахтунг, или о-о, вот идет щтот папа, у него рестрщйнинг ордер но мы не имеем право пэот ребенка его оградить, только от жены, следите внимательно!

ни в каких списках этих людей нет. списки - нельзя. а мониторить известных летунов - можно.

не кидайся так защищать Моора. он странно себя вел. сейачс нерелевантно, но если репы хотят моральный кристалл - в лице Моора они не получат.
