Я не уверен, что у них есть ясно сформулированная цель; ИМХО опять же, они действуют стихийно. Типа, "все побежали и я побежал!"
Обратите внимание, что у БЛМ пока что нет лидера, подобного МЛК, который мог бы цель или цели внятно сформулировать. У них есть ряд требований (напр, "progressive restructuring of tax codes at the local, state and federal levels to ensure a radical and sustainable redistribution of wealth" и "the retroactive decriminalization, immediate release and record expungement of all drug-related offenses and prostitution and reparations for the devastating impact of the ‘war on drugs’ and criminalization of prostitution”), но общая цель пока не просматривается.
