Одновременно та же газета на всякий случай разъясняет, какие Байден с Куомо не разлей вода друзья и соратники.

мне так кажется, что для разыгрывания классической схемы «ну это уже дело старое, все обсудили, проехали» нужно в какой-то момент озвучить саму проблему, чтобы успеть перейти к следующим стадиям.
