этих людей (americans in border towns) и границу "кинули" предыдущие президенты. вот и надежда что кроме стены будут и силы и жесткие еры по отношению к местным властям и полиции из тех кто содержится картелями.

in SD there is some semblance of a fight, because enough politicians are in it. but even tehre the cartels have penetrated into the heart of the city/state.
