i don't know that one, but i see rudeness when i see it.


the interesting case with this particular use of "they" instead of he or she - is the obnoxious deliciousness of it.

we do use they daily. we have, to, PC. now you get cited for surgeon, he. and you sound silly with surgeon, he or she. so you say they.

but you don't ever say they to express gender ambiguity. it is.. precious, really, your example.

as to your rude friend, hopefully THEY will remember me enough not to address me again.
